Return and Refund Policy
Most the items you find in our online store have Manufacturer Warranty and Support. As the official reseller of these items we are here to help!
Depending on your needs, your item issue(s) shall be replaced or repaired by the Manufacturer at our request. We reserve the right to remedy the issue for you directly.
“Repair” can include supplying missing or damaged parts either by the Manufacturer of your item or by our firm.
Changed your mind?
Should you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, the return shipping is not covered or refunded. All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery according to the tracking information and also must be pre-approved by our firm prior to return of the item(s).
Pre-approved return items must be received by our firm in original new condition including original packaging within 30 days of Original Purchase.
A 20% re-stocking fee shall be deducted from the item refund.
Refund processing is within 5 days of our firm’s receipt of the returned item.
